Process engineering is a diversified discipline designed to satisfy the needs of various processing industries including oil and gas and mineral processing. It encompasses new development, design, optimization and operation of sustainable processes for human needs, ensuring safety and protection of the environment. Process engineers process substances through biological, chemical and physical processes to produce useful products such as petrochemicals, gasoline, food, pharmaceuticals, metals and alloys. |
